Defective & Damage on arrival
If your order arrives defective, damage, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a repair or a replacement as quickly as possible. We’ll make it right.

- We will provide return shipping instructions
- Send item to our designated address
All original packaging materials must be included. - Once the faulty item has been return to us , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Replacement items will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
Returns & refund
All purchases from JHUMEN are non-refundable. All sales are final. Once a piece finds its home with you, it begins its journey, and we do not restock or resell stones that have been previously handled.
If there is an issue with a purchase, please email us so we can discuss best option. Exchanges or store credit are welcome on brand new and unworn items with customer provided shipping.
Returns due to size, change of mind will not be accepted. Please review our Size Guide carefully before purchasing. As all sales are final, we cannot offer refunds for incorrect sizing. If you have questions about fit, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchange
We’re happy to offer exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Exchange cannot be processed after this period has expired.
Exchange Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unused Condition: Item must be in the same condition as received. unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Original Packaging: All original packaging materials must be included.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.. (Return shipping insurance is recommended for valuable items)

Additional Non-returnable and Non-refundable Items:
- Gift cards (gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.)
- Original shipping charges (the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.)
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain products:
Earrings, body care items, and other personal care products once opened. - Custom-made or personalized items.
