Who will deliver my order?
We use xxx to ship all packages locally within Taiwan and Fedex Express to ship packages internationally.
All orders are sent with tracking and these details will be emailed to you once your order has been packaged, so that you may keep an eye on its progress.
＊Import duties, taxes, and local regulations vary by country and are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
＊Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please ensure you have a physical address.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, we aim to have your order packaged and ready to be collected by the courier within 1-3 working days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email the moment it leaves our hands in Taiwan.

I have a delivery request, how can I let you know?
You can advise me of any special delivery requests at checkout or if you have placed your order and need to make a request simply head over to our Contact page here.
＊Once you have received your shipping confirmation by email, I am physically unable to make any changes to your order, so please ensure you get in contact as soon as possible to avoid this.
How can I cancel the order?
We begin preparing your crystals with intention shortly after your order is placed. You may cancel your order at any time before it leaves our studio. Once your piece has been dispatched for its journey from Taiwan, we are unable to process cancellations.

Why does my crystal look slightly different from the photo?
As each piece is hand made with organically sourced material, no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Natural crystals have unique variations in color, inclusions, and patterns – making every piece one-of-a-kind.
Are custom jewelry pieces refundable?
Custom jewelry is not refundable. Because it is made specifically for you, we focus on approvals at each step and will work with you to ensure you love the final result.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
international orders may be subject to US import duties, which are determined by US Customs and paid by the recipient.
